To access certain features of WriterIO, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

You agree not to use WriterIO to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or promotes discrimination.
• Engage in automated scraping, data mining, or any system-to-system integration without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the WriterIO platform.

WriterIO utilizes advanced AI to assist in writing based on your provided research. While we aim for high accuracy through our "Hallucination Guard" technology:

• Verification: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any output generated by the platform before using it for professional or public purposes.
• No Professional Advice: Content generated by WriterIO does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Ownership: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the text you generate using WriterIO.

WriterIO offers both free and subscription-based "Pro" plans.

• Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon thirty (30) days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

The materials appearing on WriterIO could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. While we strive for "Hallucination-Free" output, WriterIO does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are 100% accurate, complete, or current.

WriterIO may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, WriterIO does not make any commitment to update the materials ourselves; the responsibility for final content accuracy remains with the user.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WriterIO.Space and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WriterIO.Space operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.
